Who we are
Albert Ébénisterie was founded in Gland in 2017, moved to Gingins in 2022, and has been growing into a team since. What follows tells who we are and how the workshop took shape.

Our story
Four milestones in less than ten years: one founder alone, a new workshop, a growing team, an in-house design studio.
2017
Massimo Albert starts Albert Ébénisterie on his own at the bench. First workshop in Gland, one machine, bespoke woodwork projects.
2019
Move to Chemin des Cheseaux, into a workshop sized for more ambitious machinery. The team grows from one to three cabinetmakers.
2025
Laurent Hayoz partners with Massimo Albert. The team grows with several CFC-qualified cabinetmakers and an apprentice. Projects gain scope.
2026
The team grows with an interior architect / draftsperson, letting us take on ambitious high-end projects. Eight people around every project, from first sketch to installation.
The team
A tight team. You speak directly to the people who design, build and install. No middlemen.

About
Our in-house design office draws every project before a single cut is made. You sign off on the 3D plans.
Everything is made in-house, letting us stay flexible and responsive at every stage of a truly bespoke project.
The cabinetmakers who built your project are the ones who come to install it. One point of contact, start to finish.
Traditional joinery, premium hardware, natural finishes. Repairable piece by piece.
Jobs
We recruit regularly — cabinetmakers, apprentices and design profiles. If you want real autonomy and direct feedback, come and see.
